Use common sense.   You need over 4 people to build mega base. Do not block huge map parts.  Don't claim sidewalk as your KOS zone.  Abusing fading doors is bannable.  Don't abuse wiremod. KOS reasons: Loitering over 30 seconds.  Raid tools out.  Inside your base. Terror cooldown is 10min.  Counter cooldown is 5min.   Steal cooldown is 5min.  You can kill after third warn cooldown is 5s between every warn.
